Self-Defense at Boston Martial Arts Center

There many ways to train in self defense, but one of the most important things to keep in mind is how are we going to bring the self-defense skills into our everyday lives without punching and kicking, locking up, etc. I find training in taijutsu (unarmed fighting for self defense) lets me refine my everyday body movement and keeps my outlook on life bright. Given time, the right attitude and the willingness to learn, understanding the adrenal response in association with martial art training can lead to great skill, confidence and awareness.
