What happens inside the mind and body when we are under attack, in a life-threatening struggle? An-shu Stephen Hayes will take us through eight methods an attacker can use to make us lose focus and momentum, and then corresponding methods of escaping the traps. In this seminar we will look at how our emotions can be caught and then that can be used keep us from defending ourselves. We will use Ninpo Taijutsu training to work on flexibility of response and to develop the tools needed to avoid being trapped by our own primal emotions.
