Think of life as being full of energy, as active and waiting for events to come together. Like the beginning of a thunderstorm when the ground, clouds, air, and winds are all playing a role in making the storm. The lighting has not happened yet, but because all the things are present there is a high potential of it happening. This is the meaning of the void.

How can we make our lives full of active potential? When the right thing happens we can get just what we need. How can we arrange lives so we can get what we want? We can start by training in Ninpo taijutsu to help us experience this on a very physical level.

When studying martial arts, it is very important to study distance. When we are doing are drills and randori (free movement), focus on how distance can change based on intent and whether the fight is armed or unarmed. Also know how this judgment works in life
